I'm not going to set a goal, I just want to look halfway near decent. I actually MOSTLY started right after xmas because I had lost 7 pounds and gained 4 back almost instantly (even after not having much pie). I guess the shortbread cookies made up for it.

Anyway, I've been walking a little more every day since....and yes, I too, have started running. Not much - I can't run, you know that, none of us can. But I ran the length of two telephone polls then walked four then ran two etc. Which was better than yesterday, when I could only run 1.

I also put a jar on my mantle to put my pounds in as I lose them, I figure if I'm staring right at it, I might not eat a bag of chips while I'm watching football.
